Return Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, BUT WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT IF APPLICABLE.

All PRE-LOVED clothing, shoes, accessories etc. are a FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, issue refunds or offer exchanges on any pre-loved items. There will be no exceptions to this policy. We do our very best to inspect every item as we receive them to ensure they're in good quality and if we notice any flaws we will either discard the item or it will be noted in the item's description. 

New Clothing: We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on some regularly priced items (some conditions apply- please see below) for a store credit only. We do not issue refunds.

Items accepted for returns must be unworn, unwashed and have tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on swimwear, sleepwear, bedding, heat therapy packs or slippers. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. If you need to make a return please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package and follow the steps below:

1) Email: hello@driftupclothing.com and type in the subject line RETURN

2)Please include:

-Your name

-Order Number

-Items you wish to return

-Reason for return

We will return your email within 72 hours. 

3) Once your return request has been approved and you have received email confirmation from us you can send your item(s) back to:

(We will send you the return address PO BOX in an email.)

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue a store credit on lost parcels. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s) and inform you of the status of your store credit. Store credits never expire!
